At Foxtail Coffee Co, we want you to love every brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or opened food products.

Securely pack the unused merchandise or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
